Advanced Scanning Controls for Cookies and Scripts
Staying compliant requires full visibility into the tracking technologies running on your website — but manually monitoring every change can be time-consuming and error-prone. Concord has long set the standard with the most advanced scanning and detection engine in the industry for trackers (cookies, scripts, iframes, etc.). With this release, we’re giving you unprecedented control over how and when that scanning happens — so you can stay compliant with less effort, greater accuracy, and maximum flexibility.
What’s New
- Flexible controls: run scans on demand, on a schedule you choose, or in real time as users browse.
- Deep Scan mode: get maximum visibility during audits or stricter compliance checks.
- Smarter workflows: easily review and classify new trackers, with manual add options to fill any gaps.
Why It Matters
Automated scanning isn’t new at Concord — but advanced controls are. Because laws like GDPR require all trackers that process personal data (IP address, identifiers, behavioral data, etc.) to be blocked until consent, Concord’s multi-method scanning and blocking engine ensures you avoid the common pitfalls of basic cookie tools and non-compliant setups. By combining automated detection with easy review workflows, Concord minimizes the manual overhead of compliance while ensuring every tracker requiring consent is properly identified, categorized, and blocked until a user opts in.
The Result
A compliance-ready feedback loop: real-time and scheduled scans keep your list fresh, deep scans give you total coverage when you need it, and manual options let you spot-check or fill gaps on demand.
With Concord’s advanced scanning controls, you’re always one step ahead — with less work, stronger compliance, and full visibility into the tracking technologies on your website.

Google Consent Mode (GCM) Scanner
Concord's new Google Consent Mode V2 (GCM) scanner helps validate your website's compliance with Google's Consent Mode V2 requirements. Google Consent Mode V2 scanning analyzes all domains in a project or individual URLs to detect Consent Mode implementation issues.
What is Google Consent Mode V2 Scanning?
Google Consent Mode V2 scanning validates your website's Consent Mode implementation by analyzing:
- Consent Mode Implementation: Checks if Google Consent Mode V2 is properly configured on your pages
- Configuration Issues: Identifies missing or incorrect Consent Mode signals
- Default Consent States: Validates required ad_storage, analytics_storage, ad_user_data, and ad_personalization settings
- Signal Updates: Verifies consent signals update properly after user interaction
Log in to your Concord and navigate to Deployment → Integrations → Google tab to check if Google Consent Mode V2 is setup correctly on your website.
