Dash is an accomplished technology executive with almost two decades of experience in the digital marketing, agency, and start-up worlds. Prior to Concord, he started and ran two successful consulting agencies and also had a long and accomplished career at Webtrends, where he was most recently the North American Director of Sales & Customer Success.


Paul Lawbaugh

Paul has over 20 years of experience as a product leader creating cloud based marketing automation, mobile, social, and analytics solutions. He has held various senior management positions at Oracle and Webtrends, where he was responsible for a customer data platform, social NLP, AI-driven marketing automation, and a realtime audience segmentation and delivery solution.

Bridget Lavine

Bridget has more than 19 years of program and project management experience in software development and IT. Bridget coaches teams on Agile, Scrum, and Lean processes and methodologies while also running key strategic projects as a lead Program Manager. She is a certified PMP and ACP-PMI by the Project Management Institute and a CSPO by the Scrum Alliance.


Cian Montgomery

Cian is a Blockchain Architect & Subject Matter Expert with an extensive background in software architecture, design, and development. Cian has more than 25 years of software industry experience in software architecture, design, and development, including being Lead Architect at Intel on the Hyperledger Sawtooth Blockchain project.


Michael Baird

Michael is a full-stack software engineer and has been a senior technical architect, consultant, and individual contributor with a variety of consumer organizations and enterprise companies, including firms in the digital advertising and optimization, B2C, financial services, digital retail forecasting, and cloud infrastructure spaces.


Bradley Gross

Brad is a senior software developer with 20 years of experience. He has teams in several industries ranging from e-discovery to health care to finance. He has an extensive knowledge of Agile and Scrum software development methodologies and is also a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) by the Scrum Alliance.


Collin Baird

Collin is an experienced software engineer that has worked for a number of large enterprise corporations targeting international audiences, including Intel and Disney, with a focus on application security and customer experiences with sales tools and streaming video services reaching hundreds of thousands of users.


Brian Conti

Brian is a Senior Interactive Designer approaching 20 years of experience in the field. At companies including Amazon, Nike, AKQA, and Webtrends, he has built an impressive book of design work, ranging from strategic digital marketing campaigns to interactive media for both desktop and mobile experiences.


Chris Mann

Chris has a decade of experience designing digital products and experiences for Fortune 500 companies and startups in B2B and B2C, including Concord and Nike. Chris also led the global creative services team at Webtrends where he helped launch the company's flagship product, which was promptly acquired by Oracle in 2017.

Sean Davey

Sean has been a business manager for over 12 years, with a focus on creating customer-centric culture in each environment. Since joining Concord, Sean has been responsible for testing & QA, developing knowledge base and help center documentation, and publishing content to raise awareness of the state of data privacy.

Tyler is a senior dev-ops, infrastructure, and security leader that is currently the Director of Infrastructure at Instart Logic in Palo Alto. He has also led teams at companies like Jive, eLynx, and Swiftview in the past and he specializes in the design, implementation, and management of SaaS and on-premises environments.
