Product News: A Rebuilt Tracker Management Experience

An accurate tracker inventory is the foundation of a compliant consent experience. Concord's tracker tables have always given you detailed control over every entry, from categories and patterns to expirations and filters, and that depth is exactly what makes the inventory trustworthy.

What changes as a site grows is throughput. An inventory in the hundreds needs to be worked in batches, not entry by entry. So we rebuilt both tracker tables from the ground up on Concord's new modern data table that is rolling out across the platform. The new experience gives you the same control you already had over each tracker, now with improved quick search and the speed to easily act on multiple trackers at once when needed.

A Faster Trackers Table

Both the Cookies & Scripts table and the Scan Results table now run on Concord's modern data table, with a full set of tools for working a long list quickly:

• Sort any column to bring the trackers you care about to the top.
• Search across names, categories, patterns, domains, descriptions, and companies, including fields tucked into each row's detail view, via a single powerful quick search option.
• Export to CSV respects your active search, so you export exactly the rows you're looking at rather than the whole table.

Multi-Select, Bulk Delete, and Bulk Add

The biggest unlock: you can now select multiple rows with checkboxes and act on all of them together.

• Bulk delete trackers from your active list in one action, with a single confirmation, so clearing out a quarter's worth of stale entries is one decision.
• Bulk add from scan results. Select multiple detected trackers and promote them to your live Cookies & Scripts list at once with Add Selected Trackers. Anything already added is automatically excluded, so you won't create duplicates.

Behind the scenes, a bulk delete now triggers a single content-delivery refresh using our AWS powered global caching layer, instead of one per tracker, so large cleanups apply quickly.

Streamlined Add & Edit

Adding or editing a tracker by hand is cleaner, too. The Add Tracker and Edit Tracker dialogs give you a single, consistent form for a tracker's name, type, category, pattern, company, domain, description, and expiration. And you can now promote a tracker from your scan results into your active list even when auto-add is turned off, which is useful when you want to keep automatic additions off but still act on individual findings.

Pairs Well With Auto-Add

Bulk add is what makes a hands-on review workflow practical, so it's worth revisiting the two controls that decide what reaches your live list without you:

• Auto-Add Backend Scan Matches automatically adds backend scan detections that match Concord's global tracker library to your Cookies & Scripts list. When off, matches still appear in Scan Results for manual review.
• Auto-Add Real-Time Scan Matches does the same for real-time detections from the site client, and is off by default. Real-time scanning is great for catching trackers that only load in specific scenarios, but it can occasionally surface noise from browser extensions or other scanners, so this control lets you keep those findings in review while still auto-adding your trusted backend matches. Unmatched real-time detections always stay in Scan Results.

If you prefer to approve everything yourself, that setup just got much easier to live with: leave both toggles off, work through Scan Results on your own schedule, and promote every legitimate finding in a single action rather than one row at a time.

What the Scanner Finds

The tables are only as good as what feeds them, and trackers don't limit themselves to cookies. Every backend scan collects:

• Cookies, along with the expiration each one sets.
• Local storage and session storage items, categorized like any other tracker, with their expiration surfaced in both the admin console and the Privacy Center.
• Third-party scripts, filtered against your own first-party resources, localhost, browser extension URLs, and data or blob URLs, so what lands in Scan Results is genuinely third-party activity worth reviewing.
• Iframes, both those loading a third-party source and ID-based iframes that carry no source URL at all, which are the easiest kind to miss by eye.

Real-time detection from the site client runs alongside the backend scan, so the inventory you review reflects what actually runs on your site.
