Product News: New & Improved Dashboards, Reports, & Metrics for Privacy & Consent

Concord’s new and improved Dashboard and enhanced Reports & Metrics experience is now fully available across all Concord organizations. The new experience gives teams instant visibility into privacy, consent, and compliance performance, without manual reporting or spreadsheets.

From executive-level insights to operational details, Concord now makes it easier to monitor activity, track trends, and understand compliance across your organization.

A Smarter Overview Dashboard

The Concord Dashboard is the first thing you see when you log in, providing a real-time snapshot of your privacy and consent posture for any project and time period.

Key dashboard widgets are automatically updated based on your current Concord plan and include:

  • People – Visitor session counts
  • Privacy – Total privacy requests received
  • Consent – Aggregate consent events across users
  • Consent Distribution – Full, partial, and no-consent breakdowns
  • Consent by Geography – Where consent activity is happening globally
  • Open Requests (Last 12 Months) – Requests by status and type
  • Requests by Geography – Privacy requests by region

All widgets and reports can be easily filter by project and day / month to see exactly what matters, when it matters.

Our new Consent Dashboard & Reports surface rich analytics on user preferences and consent behavior.

Privacy Request Reports & Resolution Dashboard (DSRs/DSARs)

For people on our Essentials plan or higher that are checking even more privacy regulation compliance boxes with Concord, the new Privacy Request Reports & Resolution Dashboard give teams detailed analytics across all privacy requests (data subject requests/data subject access requests).

Available metrics include:
