Product News: New & Improved Integrations & Installation Center

We’re excited to announce a major update to Concord’s Integrations & Installation Center—designed to make setup faster, smoother, and more flexible than ever. Whether you're connecting Concord to your website, configuring and testing Google Consent Mode V2, or automating workflows across platforms, our new layout and expanded documentation makes it easier to get up and running.

What’s New?

We’ve reimagined the Integrations experience and split it into four clear, actionable sections:

1. Install Concord

Getting started with Concord on your website is now more intuitive. The Install Concord section offers multiple installation paths:

  • Platform Installation – Choose from a growing list of supported platforms like WordPress, Webflow, and Framer. You’ll find step-by-step instructions tailored to each platform.
  • Manual Installation – Prefer a more flexible setup? Use Concord’s universal embed code to integrate with any website.

This section ensures that no matter your tech stack, you can configure and launch Concord in just a few minutes.

2. Google

We’ve created a dedicated section to help you connect Concord with Google Consent Mode V2. Whether you’re managing consent flows or privacy requests, the updated documentation now walks you through:

  • Integration options
  • Setup steps
  • Best practices for leveraging Google Consent Mode V2 with Concord

This section gives you the clarity and control to setup Google Consent Mode. Expect some other new exciting announcements here soon, including a built-in live check tool.

3. Zapier

The Zapier section is your hub for automation. For customers on the Pro plan or higher, you can use this feature to send data to or from Concord using tools like Slack, HubSpot, Airtable, Notion, and many more.

  • Learn how to set up Zaps that send Concord data to over 6,000 third-party apps.
  • Trigger automations when new privacy requests are submitted, consents are updated, or records change.
  • Build powerful workflows—without writing a single line of code.

4. API Keys

For Pro and higher customers, the API Keys section allows you to easily manage the API keys associated with your organization and projects including adding, editing, and deleting API keys. Those API keys can then be used to connect to a large number of external systems using our advanced API functionality, including tools like n8n, Make, etc. For more details on our API options, you can find our full API docs here:
