List per-document indexing status for the RAG knowledge base
Returns the ragKnowledgeBaseEntries rows for this trust center so the admin UI can render a status badge per document (pending / indexing / indexed / failed). Poll while any row is pending or indexing; rows transition to indexed or failed when the worker finishes.
