Dashboard Overview

The Concord Dashboard is one of the first items you see upon logging in to Concord. You will be presented with four widgets: People, Privacy, Consent, and Compliance Requests.

You may also select which Project you would like to view (should your organization have multiple Projects), as well as the month for which you would like to see data. The dashboard defaults to the current month.

• People - The People widget shows a count of visitor sessions on your site for the selected month. You can click on View Report to view the full Key Metrics Report. See also: Key Metrics Report
• Compliance - The Compliance widget shows an aggregate count of the total number of Compliance Requests for the selected month. Requests that are still pending end-user verification are not included in this total. You may click on the View Report button to view the full Compliance Requests report. • Consent - The Consent widget shows an aggregate count of the total number of Consent Events for the selected month. You may click on the View Report button to view the full Consent Events report. See also: Consent Log Report
• Compliance Requests - The Compliance Requests widget shows a summary of all open Compliance Requests (regardless of when they were submitted) and all Compliance Requests that were closed during the selected time period. These are broken out by the status of the request (Pending Verification, Submitted, Acknowledged, and Resolved). You may click on any status type to show/hide requests within those categories for a quick glance at running totals.
