Create send from email
Creates a new send-from identity. Defaults to a per-address identity (sends a SES verification email to the recipient); pass identityType: "domain" with domain: "<bare-hostname>" to provision a per-domain SES identity (returns DKIM + MAIL FROM DNS records for the customer to publish at their DNS provider).
